Putting innovative and scientific developments at the center of its work, Fistik Textile established its R&D Laboratory in 2005 to develop and evaluate new projects. The target with R&D studies is to improve the service provided both at dozmestic and international market with an innovative approach.
As Fistik Tekstil our vision is to focus on R&D projects and to produce varied solutions for all diverse needs regarding fabric.
Color measurement, sample studies, color studies, fiber analysis, dye and chemical analysis, physical and chemical tests are carried out in our chemistry and physics laboratories.
150 tube/day color studies are carried out by our expert colorists in line with the demands of our customers, by using a spectrophotometer (datacolor) that provides color measurement, in a way to obtain more practical and accurate results.
Color control (with spectrophotometer and eye), Dimensional Change after Washing-Shrinkability, Turning After Washing, Handle, Color Fastness, Water Fastness, Sweat Fastness, Rubbing Fastness, Pilling Test, Ph, Weight, Width, Tear Strength tests and controls are carried out in our laboratories. are examples of transactions.
Our Quality Control department consists of two separate sections: raw quality control and final quality control.
Every roll of fabric knitted in the knitting facility is checked by the quality control team immediately after knitting.
Intermediate controls are carried out during the dyeing and subsequent finishing of the knitted fabrics, and visual, physical and chemical tests and final controls of the finished products are carried out.

Samples of the fabrics produced are kept in our archive for about 3 months. In this way, we are able to produce fast and accurate solutions for possible problems that may arise after shipment.
